A simple yet very good game. Especially the physics is surprisingly well made. the gravity, the momentum etc. It's almost like you were holding these pieces in your hand and placing them. Even the exact point where you initially place the cursor on a piece matters: even a pixel to the left or to the right can make a difference by changing the mid-air angle or the entire rotation, which if you manage to control you can even use to your favor.

Seeing the previous review I intentionally did not finish levels 22-24, "until further notice".
Be sure if you will make an update that it would not harm the progress made by players so far. Also adding a "re-send medals" feature is always a good idea.

Jamessimo responds:

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback!

Rest assured the 22-24 medals bug has been fixed and should work as normal! I will add a resend medal protocol later in the week (thanks for the tip!)

Again thank you for the rating! Really pumped me up and got my weekend off on the right foot!

Feel free to reach out if you encounter anymore bugs!

Elementary laws of physics do not apply to this game... or were terribly implemented.
If a ball hits the ground diagonally and then, without hitting anything else, starts to bounce vertically for no particular reason...

At the level of over 1000 "O"s the game lags so much that it is barely responding.

PS

This time everything was working well, I reached the end of the game but the medal did not unlock...

yeah woops im dumb

Very good game. Only one thing seems to be a bit unrealistic so far: in reality you can see how much match (hey, nice pronunciation coincidence) you still got left until it burns out. Also the fall in the library would most likely put out the match.

Some second thoughts: at the latest stages the game becomes a bit too annoyingly Slenderman-like, it even reminds me that extremely irritating Lenke's Demon Blood where you have to constantly run from a demon that makes you drop the light source. It is also dumb that the ghost can put out the match when I need to space out the game notifications, like while picking up a key for example. This leads to a bug that the game forces the player to use all of the available matches, only then the "action: use match" disappears. -0,5 star because of these flaws.

PS - the character should be SAFE while opening doors, using keys etc. OR add an option to automatically skip all the dialogues like "you used the key to unlock the door" It is not the player's fault that you are forcing everybody to space out all the messages before the character can move. Unnecessarily frustrating. Sorry, but -another star.

Another bug found: if you open the door at the same time when the murder catches you, the game freezes.

If you will be making any fixes make sure it won't erase the progress.

CjElliott responds:

We have a patch coming very shortly to fix all the issues addressed in your review and more.

As for the matches, the character is not using the match to light the way, they are using the match to relight the candle when it goes out, you can tell the how much more time left before your next match by looking at how dim your candle light is, however we will think about adding an animation to show how much time you have left.

Thank you for the feedback :)

Something is making the controls a bit clunky. Perhaps you should enable an option to turn off the background. It seems to be making the game laggy.

This would be a great game if...
I already wrote you about it, but the update did not change anything: stop throwing packs of enemies at the player every 1-2 seconds. Just stop it... I haven't left the city yet after one battle and I already have to return to it, because more opponents are approaching. Give the player some time to develop the cities, to get used to the game, no strategy game starts by throwing hordes of enemies at the player from the very beginning. When am I supposed to wander around the map, to explore it, to actually enjoy the game?

Interesting game, I got 2 questions though:
1. If everything is already maxed then what do I need shards for?
2. Why I can use the missile swarm only once while as I see I got 5 loads of that weapon? Also after first use the value is not changing from 5 to 4.
3. And why the hell sometimes the very first meteor that hits my ship already destroys it?
One more thing: the highscore board is not working.

PS

I used the swarm for the second time, but there should be an indicator showing when the weapon is already reloaded.
Also a suggestion: change that ctrl button to q or e, it would be much more convenient. In fact it should be made like this: q - secondary weapon, e - missile swarm.
And make a health bar for the big ship, I almost reached the end without even knowing how much damage did I take from which meteors.

BASSAM18 responds:

1.i wanted to make a shop system to make the player play more but i thought there is no need if a player liked it he will stay but i had already made it so i left it there( in update i will add more things to the shop and make use of it)

2.actually the load is for another weapon you can use it by pressing (control) i think it is my bad i should have made tutorial , it is actually the ammo for the secondary weapon

3.ok i will check this and fix it now also :

i think you haven't noticed the icon near the shield it indicate the health or more like a (shield) that you have for 3 times you can see that it change everytime you get hit
i think the scoreboard is working now .
there is actaully , the (Z) that show up and the rocket icon get a lot bigger (%10 percent) i think i need to make it bigger so players notice it.
good i will make an option for the player to change control then .
thank you herbieg for your comment it will really .
THANKS

This one took me some time and I even had to check the walkthrough, mostly because of 2 things:
1. The clock clue is illogical;
2. Also the actions related to the knife are illogical: do you eat a meal made from unpeeled and uncut vegetables?

There is one problem with this game, not sure if it is intentional: after a while you begin to see things on the screen like you were entering "drunk mode".

This hurts the framerate and the precision of game's response to clicking.

BryceSummer responds:

Hmm... That isn't intentional and unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce it... What browser are you using?
