2 things are bad:
1. Passport windows that constantly pop up - fixed
2. The fact that you get the same amount of cash no matter which mission you complete.

PS

Since I see that everybody is struggling with the 2nd scenario one advice: you can get that 1000 cash bonus, right? Add the fact that saving is only manual, so you can purchase a new unit, test it in battle and if you are not satisfied with its abilities reload the game and the save and check another unit. I assure you that you can build a squad that can get you through most of the missions. But I admit that you need to grind a bit to expand it beyond the initial 2 units - with only 2 of them you won't get very far. 5 units would be much better. The ending of second scenario is a bit hard and the finale of the 3rd scenario can stop you for a moment as well. 4th and 5th scenarios are surprisingly short and easy in comparison to the previous ones. I am currently stuck on 7th because the enemies seem to receive no damage or I am doing something wrong.

PS II

Ok, now I am a bit pissed, because my saved game got erased for no reason...

kbvpneofit responds:

Added saving levels to the mission menu. This is a reliable save!
If you can start the game again (the heroes disappear, and money) and play again but with the saved levels (and starting money bonuses)

I don't understand the basic thing: what is actually my hit box?

UrieWProd responds:

The mouse cursor serves as its own hitbox. The gnat swirls around and darts into a direction when it's in attack mode, so touching it in that state will harm the player. The hornet shoots its stinger in waves, but the stinger on the main sprite might have a vector on its stinger that might harm the player and Mr. B attacks the player if the mouse is on it long enough. The Bot Fly shoot lasers and homing plasma blasts and sets up land mines. Mr. B supposedly resembles the Hudson Bee.

It is actually a very good game, but with several flaws:
1. It is actually a bit unexpected that lower digits can eat you, but it adds a bit more to the challenge;
2. You could also add arrow keys controls;
3. The game should prevent a situation in which a block can appear just in front of you or just in the place you currently are when you can absolutely nothing about it.

kbvpneofit responds:

3-good advice
1-well then it's too easy

You have to do something with the disconnection problem or make the game save progress. It is annoying to have to restart the game from the very beginning because the game fails to send scores/medals at some point.

Not sure if that was intended, but the time medals for single player are in fact cumulative.

As I tested many times ...
Again have to change everything.
Also, the record table does not work, although I did it exactly according to the manual
Thank.

At some point the game stops sending scores/unlocking medals, because it probably disconnects from NG. This needs to be fixed. Because of that the game gave me (after reloading) the medal for 10 million, but not the one for 5. It should be re-checking it if necessary.

PS

Ok, the saved game loaded, the score loaded, but the medal for 5 million did not.

I had to buy enough things to get below 5 million and pass that point again to finally get the medal.

kbvpneofit responds:

Really, saving doesn’t work. I’ll try to understand how to save the game. I think, in another game, https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/737249 works from me
I'll try to make normal save

One suggestion: add R as a button for reloading the stages.
Also the stages should auto-reload when you die.

kbvpneofit responds:

It will be done!

Awesome game! Two things though:
1. The in-game cursor and the windows cursor are visible simultaneously, causing bit of lag;
2. Not sure if it was intended, but I haven't released Kenny yet and from the level select screen I was able to do the prison break getting the final medal.

PS

That cursor issue is especially causing problems with the Kenny stage because for some reason some clicks simply do not register.

And I admit that those later fighting sequences are a bit brutal and a bit too long.

Munguia responds:

Thanks for the comments, i fixed issues 1 and 2, thanks

An outstanding game! I definitely like its mood. But one improvement could be done: to see the names of the items you hold in the inventory at hovering the mouse cursor.

And the game should save the progress so you could continue from the point you have stopped playing.

KnoseDoge responds:

thank you very much!

Movement - too slow.
Dashing - oversensitive.
